Out of an 1896 farmhouse on the Coast Fork of the Willamette Valley comes some of the healthiest bread available. Using a stone mill to grind organic wheat into fresh flour, the Cottage Grove Farmhouse Bakery is able to achieve maximum freshness, flavor and nutrition. No chemicals, preservatives, dough enhancers or conditioners - just real honest bread. This is the homemade bread Grandma would still make if she had a remodeled 2,000 sq. ft. bakery/kitchen with a stone mill.
 Dakota Bread This is our most popular bread. It is chock full of sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds, millet, sesame seeds, flax seeds and poppy seeds. Toasting it brings out the nutty flavor. |
 Multi Grain Bread Multi - Grain starts with our fresh ground wheat flour and then we grind a mixed whole grain into flour. We add organic oats and millet to round out a nice compliment of grains that tastes great. |
 Oatmeal Bread Farmhouse Oatmeal is, you guessed it, made from oatmeal. We make a mix of water and organic oats and allow this to sit for a while before adding it to the dough. The oatmeal bread has a almost sweet taste that really appeals to kids and remember oats are heart healthy. |
 Organic White Bread We get a lot of comments on our white bread. People seem to really like it and say it is their favorite white bread. I think using honey really sets our bread apart from others. Team members Mike and Violet claim this bread as yummy. |
 Primo Organic Bread This bread is a 50/50 mix of our wheat flour and white flour. It is a nice soft texture great for peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. |
 Sourdough Bread Sourdough is unique in it's nature. No two sourdoughs are ever the same due to the fact that the "sponge" collects natural yeast strains from it's own locale. We are very proud of our sourdough and it's nutty wheat taste. |
 Spelt Bread The Spelt bread contains spelt flour, honey, water, yeast, and salt. |
 Sunflower Bread Sunflower bread is like a slice of summer. It is loaded with sunflower seeds and this adds a nice crunch to every bite. |
 Whole Grain Wheat Bread Our wheat bread is our heart and sole of the bakery. All other breads get their start from this delicious bread. Violet also loves the Wheat bread. |
